Jennille A. Smith is a senior counsel licensed in Vermont and California. Jennille focuses her practice on Insurance, Real Estate, Energy Infrastructure, Government Regulatory & Administrative Law, Business Transactions, Construction, Professional Liability Defense and Cannabis, Hemp & CBD matters.
Jennille’s insurance practice spans State and Federal litigation including preparation and representation for a wide range of insurance matters including structured settlement, coverage, professional liability, non-compete and employer-side employment matters.
Jennille has leased and zoned well over one hundred telecommunications facilities to improve communications and enable emergency services, including a current initiative to build the federally mandated FirstNet project in rural Vermont. She has managed the process for leasing and permitting utility networks in California, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, New York and Massachusetts. She has represented all the major wireless carriers as well as utility-scale solar infrastructure.
Jennille’s Professional Liability Defense practice has included representing professional licensees in administrative actions before state agencies.
