Jenny Schreier is Senior Counsel in the Hartford office of GRSM. She focuses her practice on defending corporations in complex liability and toxic tort litigation. She has developed a deep knowledge base in the mass tort arena through her experience representing corporations involved in talc and asbestos litigation, toxic tort litigation, and other complex cases in multiple jurisdictions.
Jenny has over ten years of experience in managing and engaging in all aspects of litigation at both the state and federal level, including depositions of plaintiffs, fact witnesses and experts, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing for and attending trial.
Jenny also has extensive experience litigating consumer matters in state court, federal court, and at arbitrations.
