Jessica Lucas’s broad commercial litigation experience includes defending claims under consumer protection and unfair competition statutes and representing and advising clients in business disputes, product liability matters, and employment disputes involving claims under the ADA, ADEA, Title VII, and corresponding state statutes. Her practice also focuses on helping clients navigate the legal issues confronted by health care providers, specifically, long-term care facilities. A significant portion of Jessica's practice is within the construction industry, where she assists clients in matters concerning lien issues, payment disputes, and defect claims.

Before joining GRSM, Jessica practiced at a small personal injury firm and clerked for the Honorable Ronald Folino in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. She also completed a legal study abroad program in Beijing, China, an experience that reaffirmed her passion for international travel and has been an asset to practicing in an increasingly globalized society.

Through effective litigation strategies and creative briefing, Jessica is often able to obtain early dismissals or resolve claims for a fraction of early demands.  She currently practices before state and federal courts in Pennsylvania.

Jessica is skilled and innovative in her quest for positive outcomes for her clients, and she is dedicated to helping her clients resolve legal challenges and manage risk. She brings to the table her experience, people skills, and common sense to provide superior litigation strategy in alignment with her clients’ business goals. Jessica strives to provide counsel beyond expectations and build lasting relationships. Above all, she is a problem solver who seeks to identify her clients’ goals and achieve those goals as efficiently and effectively as possible.
