    J. Brady Hagan represents clients in state and federal courts as a litigation associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Energy, and Intellectual Property practice groups.  Before joining GRSM in the Columbus, Ohio Office, Brady served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Justice John D. Minton, Jr. of the Supreme Court of Kentucky, and then to Senior U.S. District Judge William O. Bertelsman of the Eastern District of Kentucky.   This experience provided him unique insight into the rules and operations of both state and federal courts, and of trial and appellate courts, having participated in a broad range of matters, including various forms of commercial litigation, real property disputes, constitutional challenges, and employment litigation, to name a few.

Brady graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenburg College of Law in 2020, where he served as a staff editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and as Research Chair of the University of Kentucky Trial Advocacy Board.
