John Na is a member of the firm’s Insurance practice group and represents insurers under a wide range of policies, including property, CGL, management liability, professional services, cyber and tech, and products designed specifically for the share economy. John renders coverage analysis and advises the firm’s insurer clients on their coverage and claims handling obligations. He also represents insurers involved in coverage and bad faith litigation.
Over the course of his practice, John advised the London market on claims involving fidelity and financial institution bonds, including those involving mortgage lenders and brokers during the 2008 recession. He also served as claims and monitoring counsel for the London market insuring the gig and share economy, including those platforms in the ride share, vacation rental, and delivery space.
