Juliana Sabatini defends high-exposure cases, focusing her practice in medical, accounting and legal malpractice, in addition to transportation, product liability and general liability, and large Michigan No-Fault cases. She has conducted investigations on behalf of clients in relation to both National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigations.
She also handles environmental matters, business and employment disputes, contract actions, E&O liability and municipal/school liability cases.
