    Julie Bardacke Haddon is a member of the firm’s products liability practice group and defends drug and medical device claims for the firm’s pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing clients, and has amassed extensive experience defending products liability multi-district litigation claims pending in jurisdictions across the United States. She also has considerable experience in handling construction matters, including the defense of design professionals, developers, and general contractors in construction defect claims, as well as professional liability matters brought against insurance agents and brokers, employment, contract and securities issues.  Her experience includes all stages of litigation, NASD (now FINRA) arbitration, and mediation.

    Before moving to Oregon in 2000, Julie practiced in California for five years, including several as an Associate in the San Francisco office of GRSM. Before re-joining GRSM in Portland in 2006, Julie spent several years as an associate in a large Northwest law firm, where she became familiar with litigation practice before the Oregon courts.
