Keith A. Robb

Keith Robb is Senior Counsel in the Dallas office of GRSM, whose practice focuses on business litigation, including product liability issues, commercial and residential construction litigation, and oil & gas litigation.  Keith regularly represents national and multinational construction companies, product manufacturers, and energy companies.

Keith represents clients in state and federal courts in Texas and in arbitration tribunals across the country.

• Obtained a directed verdict in favor of defendant product manufacturer during the trial of a wrongful death claim alleging that manufacturer’s warnings were defective.
• Obtained a summary judgment on behalf of a clean energy company regarding the claims of a worker who was injured while conducting repairs to the blade of a wind turbine.
• Obtained summary judgment for the manufacturer of a component part incorporated into a boat that was involved in a collision that killed one occupant and left another with a traumatic brain injury.
