Kendall Der is a senior counsel in GRSM’s Orange County office and is a member of the firm’s Construction practice group.
Kendall focuses her practice on defending developers, design professionals, architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors in a range of multi-party matters including commercial and residential construction defect, breach of contract, alleged errors in design and workmanship, delay claims, geotechnical claims and construction site accidents. She handles all aspects of litigation and has experience in counseling clients regarding construction contacts and negotiations. Kendall strives to effectively evaluate a case early on in order to development cost effective solutions.
