Kevin Liu is a Partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM and a member of the Commercial Litigation and Appellate practice groups. Liu has represented clients in all phases of litigation including obtaining excellent results at trial and on appeal. He focuses on commercial litigation and class action cases involving consumer fraud, breach of contract, and unfair business practices. Liu has successfully litigated matters involving officer and shareholder liability, professional malpractice, environmental compliance, and general real estate and business disputes.
Liu is admitted to the State Bar of California and earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2013. During law school, he served as a Senior Articles Editor of the UC Davis Law Review and received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in International Business Transactions. Liu earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, graduating with honors with degrees in Economics, International Relations, and Spanish.
He was born in San Francisco, California and continues living there today. He is an avid fan of the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, and the Golden State Warriors.
