Kristen Mazzeo is Senior Counsel in the Philadelphia office of GRSM. She focuses her practice on insurance, product & general liability, and environmental/toxic tort litigation. Kristen has successfully defended corporations and insurance companies in a wide variety of complex litigation matters involving product defects, transportation, premises liability, and insurance coverage. She has experience handling all aspects of litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial, including taking and defending depositions, preparing pleadings and discovery, arguing motions, and attending case management conferences, settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials. Kristen has hands-on experience consulting with clients and managing legal issues and cases of all sizes from small claims to complex litigation matters involving catastrophic losses, mass torts, and multi-district litigation.
Prior to joining GRSM, she was an associate at a mid-sized defense firm in Philadelphia where she gained experience in complex product defect and toxic tort litigation, defending automotive and consumer manufacturers
