    Kuuku Minnah-Donkoh is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group in the New York office. Kuuku focuses his practice on representing management in labor and employment matters.  He has defended employers in various types of labor and employment disputes, including matters involving harassment, retaliation, and discrimination on the basis of age, race, sex, national origin and disability.  Kuuku has experience representing employers in state and federal courts.

    Prior to joining GRSM, Kuuku served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department, where he was assigned to the Labor and Employment Division, and the Torts Division prior to that.  As an Assistant Corporation Counsel, Kuuku represented the City of New York and its mayoral agencies in all aspects of litigation, and successfully tried several cases to verdict in state and federal courts as lead trial counsel.  While with the Law Department, Kuuku received the “Legal Rookie of the Year” Award and the New York City Bar Association Municipal Affairs Award.
