    Laurie K. Friedl is an Associate in the GRSM Seattle office. She has extensive civil litigation experience as well as experience handling complex transactional matters. Laurie also has significant trial experience in state and federal courts, as well as private arbitration.

    • Prevailed before Oregon Court of Appeals defending summary judgment dismissal of Fair Credit Billing Act and Truth in Lending Act counterclaims.
    • Presented oral argument before Washington Court of Appeals, Division II in consumer’s appeal of summary judgment granted for bank on a delinquent consumer account.
    • Successfully represented creditors in arbitration hearings before JAMS and AAA and in state court mandatory arbitration.
    • Executed on real and personal property via sheriff’s sales and wage/bank garnishments on behalf of commercial creditors
