    Mary J. Goers is an Associate in the Chicago office. She focuses her practice on defending clients in Employment Law and Professional Liability Defense. 

    Prior to joining the firm, Mary gained experience through a variety of professional malpractice matters, appellate work, and employment litigation while working for a Chicago-based civil defense law firm. Mary also acted as an Assistant Attorney General in the General Law Bureau, representing state agencies and representatives in administrative review matters. 

    Mary coaches Chicago-Kent’s Thomas Tang Moot Court teams, where she prepares current law students for oral argument on unique constitutional issues. She enjoys encouraging law students to hone their oral argument skills and serves as a mentor to many law students.
