Matthew D. Meadows is an Associate in the Williamsburg office of GRSM. His practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, community association law, real estate litigation, and general litigation.
Within his estate litigation practice, Matthew deals with disputes and conflicts related to the validity of estate planning documents, as well as conflicts arising from the distribution of estates. Matthew understands how complex these issues can be and he strives to ensure his clients receive a fair and just outcome.
Within his real estate litigation practice, Matthew works with community associations and assists in HOA fee collections, eviction matters, and advising community associations on other general legal matters that arise.
