    Mikhaila E. Duvall is an associate in the Chicago Office of GRSM. She focused her practice in the area of insurance coverage, with an emphasis on complex insurance coverage disputes.

    Prior to joining GRSM, Mikhaila clerked for the Honorable Anna Demacopoulos (Ret.) and Honorable Celia Gamrath in the Circuit Court of Cook County Chancery Division where she worked on a variety of equitable relief claims, such as insurance coverage, shareholder disputes, and class actions. During law school, she served as a Summer Scholar for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission where she gained exposure to the enforcement of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Mikhaila also clerked as an extern with the Enforcement Department of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), where she learned about the enforcement of FINRA and MSRB rules. She also served as an extern for the Honorable Regina Scannicchio in the Circuit Court of Cook County Domestic Relations Division and with the Illinois Innocence Project.
