    Nancy A. Cundiff is a Partner in the New Orleans and Cleveland offices of GRSM. She is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and Employment Law practice groups. Nancy’s combined experience litigating complicated contract disputes and large tort claims gives her unique insight into the business concerns of her clients and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex legal issues. This grasp of the big picture frequently allows her to identify opportunities for early resolution of disputes and to root out potential obstacles in negotiations.

    She has a breadth of experience in negotiating commercial leases and has assisted real estate developer clients in issues ranging from zoning and permitting, construction defect claims, and navigating the EB5 immigrant investment process.

    She draws on her extensive commercial leasing and transactional experience to counsel clients in management of risk allocation and in defending premises liability claims. She also handles employment law matters, including discrimination claims. Her work has earned her recognition among her peers as a savvy, hard-working, and formidable opponent.
