• Madison County: First chaired a domestic battery bench trial that resulted in a guilty verdict. Managed all phases of litigation from witness preparation through trial as lead prosecutor.  
• Madison County: First chaired a criminal damage to property bench trial that resulted in a guilty verdict. Managed all phases of litigation including witness preparation, trial, and sentencing as lead prosecutor.
