    Natalie A. Hammond began her career focused on civil litigation, representing clients in variety of matters including marital dissolution proceedings, child custody disputes, business disputes, medical malpractice, and employment issues. In addition, Natalie has experience in providing estate planning advice and handling probate matters.

    Natalie’s broad range of experience includes managing all phases of discovery, establishing effective litigation strategies, successfully negotiating on behalf of clients, participating in mediation, counseling and advising clients throughout the litigation process, advocating on behalf of her clients.

    Outside of her law practice, Natalie taught Business Organizations in Spring 2023 and Spring 2024 at the University of Montana School of Law.

    Natalie is a sixth-generation Montanan and is originally from Missoula. Outside of work Natalie enjoys cheering on the Grizzlies, New England Patriots, and Boston Red Sox.

    • Lead counsel in successfully obtaining a jury verdict in favor of client following discrimination and wrongful termination by their employer. • Litigated multiple marital dissolution actions resulting in favorable results for clients.

    • Co-counsel in an appeal to the Montana Supreme Court resulting in partial reversal of District Court’s finding in favor of client.

    • While in law school, under local student practice rules, successfully defended a client facing eviction.
