    Natalie Fujikawa is a Partner in the Sacramento office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law, Education Law, Cannabis, and Class Action practice groups. She focuses on employment litigation and counseling for employers across a variety of industries, with extensive experience handling all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal courts.

    Natalie also represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, and Employment Development Department.

    In California’s constantly changing legal climate, Natalie regularly delivers presentations regarding new employment law developments and provides employers with proactive tools to comply with California’s myriad employment requirements, including management training, policies and procedures, and best practices to avoid employment-related lawsuits.
