Osmaan Khan is an Associate in the Northern California offices of GRSM. Osmaan practices in the areas of product liability, breach of (commercial) contracts, professional liability and malpractice, tortious liability, construction defect, breach of 1st Amendment rights, and others. Osmaan has defended businesses of varying sizes, large and mid-size companies in the retail and food service industry, as well as small businesses. He works with the corporate clients from inception through trial, in complex business and tortious disputes, in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining the firm, Osmaan was a Removal Defense Litigator in San Francisco, assisting refugees and asylum seekers navigate the complex maze of federal immigration enforcement, the immigration courts and their appellate forums. Osmaan has also had a stint at a San Francisco based plaintiff side personal injury and insurance coverage firm. Before that, Osmaan litigated regulatory compliance, financial recovery, and investigations for financial institutions and utility companies in Karachi, Pakistan.
