  • Biography

Pamela Webb is a Partner in the firm's Nashville office. Pamela began her practice in 2001 working as litigation counsel in Georgia for one of the largest property and casualty insurers in the United States, which allowed her to gain considerable experience handling bench and jury trials from jury selection and opening statement to verdict early in her career. She also handled coverage issues, examinations under oath, and first party litigation. She then moved her practice to an insurance defense firm in Atlanta, defending catastrophic injury and large-scale property damage cases stemming from construction site and trucking/transportation accidents.

In 2014, she returned to her home state of Tennessee to continue her work representing insurers and their policyholders in actions arising out of motor vehicle and interstate transportation accidents as well as those involving premises liability, religious institution liability, healthcare liability, and coverage and unfair settlement practice allegations.

In 2019, Pamela returned to private practice to help a national defense firm open the Nashville branch of its firm, and continued to defend individuals, private businesses, insurers, non-profit agencies, and religious institutions against claims of negligence, fraud, and breach of contract. She also has pursued recovery on behalf of insurers through subrogation, contribution and indemnity, and declaratory judgment actions. She joined GRSM in September 2020 and continues to focus her practice on the defense of negligence, breach of contract, and employer/employee liability actions.

Over the course of her practice, Pamela has pursued and routinely obtained favorable settlements, judgments and verdicts through mediation, dispositive motions, bench and jury trials, and the appellate process for her clients.
