    Raymond Park is a civil litigation attorney who defends clients against claims involving property development, construction, product liability, toxic tort, environmental, trucking and transportation, breach of contract, subrogation, and general liability.  His construction litigation practice includes representation of builders, developers, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and manufacturers in commercial and residential high-rise, mid-rise, and conversion projects. 

    Raymond’s construction risk management practice involves advising a national brokerage firm client on owner-controlled insurance programs (OCIPs), contractor-controlled insurance programs (CCIPs), indemnity and risk transfer issues, and construction contract drafting regarding large-scale public, commercial, and residential projects throughout the United States.

    Raymond has expertise in serving trucking and transportation industry clients involving a full range of transportation issues, including catastrophic personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, environmental concerns, regulatory matters, product and manufacturing claims, and contribution and indemnity matters.

    Raymond earned his J.D. in 2004 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and served on the Scott Moot Court Honors Board. He earned top ten brief honors during Loyola’s Scott Moot Court Competition and acted as the team brief editor for the National Moot Court Team. In 2001 he graduated cum laude from UC Irvine, with a B.A. in political science and a minor in history. At UCI, Raymond was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.
