    Rebecca Hull is Of Counsel in the San Francisco office of GRSM.  Rebecca has extensive knowledge, experience and background in ERISA claims and fiduciary liability litigation and advice, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation and advice. Her experience also includes labor and employment, including employment contract disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims and employer training, theft of trade secrets and non-compete issues, federal qui tam litigation (allegations of provider Medicare/Medicaid fraud), ADA employment and access claims and advice, and class actions alleging diverse substantive legal issues.

    • Litigation experience includes jury and bench trials of claims alleging ERISA fiduciary liability and life, health, disability and pension benefit disputes; insurance coverage and bad faith disputes; wrongful termination; wage and hour disputes; race, age, and gender discrimination and harassment; breach of contract; and antitrust violations.
    • Successfully defended and resolved hundreds of suits against insurers, employers and other large business entities
