Rosina Saeed focuses her practice on the defense of manufacturers and suppliers in a variety of product liability, toxic tort, and environmental litigation matters involving exposure to silica and various other chemicals.
Prior to joining GRSM, Rosina worked on a variety of intellectual property (IP) topics, including the licensing, prosecution, and litigation of patents, trademarks, and copyrighted materials. Rosina has been involved in the process of obtaining protection for a client’s IP from inception to conclusion, where she regularly conducted infringement analyses, drafted specifications, countered office action rejections, negotiated limited-use contracts, and issued cease and desist letters to infringing competitors.
