  • Biography
    Shannon Wodnik is a Partner in the Seattle office who represents businesses in a broad range of legal matters.  She advises insurers on coverage issues and defends them in litigation, including bad faith suits. Her coverage-related practice includes coverage claims for general commercial liability, directors and officers liability, professional liability, auto, commercial property, cyber liability, pollution, and health, life, and disability.  
     
    She also defends pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in nation-wide product liability litigation.  Shannon handles general commercial disputes and professional liability matters, including unfair debt collection, §17200 lawsuits, consumer class actions, and breach of contract claims.  Additionally, she has experience representing insurance agents and brokers. Her litigation practice has included handling class actions, complex e-discovery, and appellate work before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.   
     
    Shannon also has experience in maritime law and is a member of our maritime practice group. She has experience handling longshore and harbor worker’s compensation claims and defending vessel owners against wrongful death and personal injury claims.
