  • Biography

    Steven M. Wheat received his Law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 2012, where he was a staff editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal and graduated in the top 15% of his class. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics, International Studies, and History from the University of Mississippi, magna cum laude, in 2007. Steven is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of California and Santa Clara County Bar Association.

    Prior to joining GRSM, Steven advised and represented leading clients in real estate, construction, landlord-tenant, trademark, and commercial disputes. He also represented owners, developers, and general contractors in disputes related to healthcare, industrial, commercial, green energy and conventional power developments, residential, and mixed-use projects.

    Steven has been named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the years 2016 to the present.
