    Taylor Lovelace is a commercial litigator who defends employers and professionals in disputes throughout Oregon and Washington. Their experience in civil litigation includes complex litigation, professional liability litigation, class action matters, employment advice and counsel, and pre-litigation investigations. 

    In law school, Taylor worked as a law clerk in The Bonneville Power Administration’s Office of General Counsel, focusing on employment disputes (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Merit Systems Protection Board). During this time, they also served as the Business Editor for the Animal Law Review and as a Teaching Fellow for Lewis & Clark Law School’s Academic Enhancement Program. After graduating, Taylor served as the judicial clerk to the Honorable Beth A. Allen in Multnomah County, Oregon, gaining invaluable courtroom experience. 

    Prior to their legal career, Taylor was a front-line healthcare worker with experience providing care in assisted living facilities, hospital telemetry units, and inpatient postpartum care. Taylor draws on their experiences working in interdisciplinary teams during high pressure situations to maintain effective, focused communication throughout the litigation process.
