Todd Nelson is senior counsel in the Commercial and Toxic Tort/Environmental Law litigation practice groups. Todd represents employers, management-level executives and businesses in areas including employment, hospitality, personal injury, real estate, restaurant and environmental/toxic tort litigation.
Additionally, Todd serves as local counsel for a Fortune 500 respiratory protection equipment manufacturer and is a member of the national coordinating counsel team for the largest full line wheel-service equipment manufacturer in North America. Todd’s diverse work and educational experience has afforded him the ability to provide a wide range of litigation services to his clients.
Todd received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to his law career, Todd worked for numerous years in operations management for the Peninsula Hotel Group and Four Seasons Hotels around the globe.
Todd attended Cornell University where he earned a B.S. from its renowned School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration.
