    Tom T. Nagashima is a Partner in the San Diego office of GRSM. He is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on Employment, Products Liability and Commercial Litigation.  

    Tom has more than seventeen years of experience representing clients in a wide range of matters including personal injury, property damage, products liability, employment matters and commercial business disputes.

    Tom’s employment practice includes representing individuals and businesses on claims ranging from single plaintiff to complex class action wage/hour matters, discrimination, and PAGA lawsuits.   Tom’s employment litigation experience covers a wide variety of actions including shareholder disputes, trade secret, contract, fraud, defamation and unfair business practices claims, violations of wage and hour laws, wrongful discharge and retaliation claims involving alleged disability, race, age and sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and social media and privacy issues.

    Tom also counsels clients on a wide-range of employment matters, including employee discipline, hiring and termination practices, and accommodating medical and disability leave requests.

    Tom’s extensive experience also includes representation of parties in hundreds of matters in all phases of litigation from initial investigations through trial in both State and Federal Courts involving wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury and subrogation matters.  Tom’s experience includes the following products:
