    Virginia Leeper focuses her practice on civil litigation, which has included product liability, premises cases, auto accidents, toxic torts, employment law, and boundary disputes. Asbestos litigation and employment law have been her predominant focus over the last twenty-six years.

    She has tried cases in superior and circuit courts and appeared before the Washington Courts of Appeal and Washington State Supreme Court. She has successfully tried numerous cases in Washington and other states. She has worked with local counsel in asbestos product cases in Oregon, California, Missouri, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Hawaii, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Connecticut, Kentucky, and Louisiana.

    In addition to trying cases, Virginia has participated in witness development in the areas of epidemiology, toxicology, risk assessment, industrial hygiene, public health, and economic loss. She has helped develop trial defenses on a local and national basis, including cross-examination of most national plaintiff experts in asbestos litigation.

    Virginia has also represented clients in arbitrations, mediations, and before administrative agencies. She has researched, prepared, and argued discovery and summary judgment motions, as well as motions in limine.
