Christopher B. Queally Joins Gordon & Rees as Partner in the Orange County Office

Christopher B. Queally has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani's Orange County office as a partner. Queally is a member of the firm's commercial litigation, insurance, tort & product liability, real estate, construction and aviation practice groups.

"Chris brings vast experience representing a wide range of clients in commercial litigation, insurance and real estate. Queally represents corporations and individuals in all aspects of commercial, insurance, product liability, and real estate litigation. He represents a broad spectrum of clients in each of his practice areas including Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses, public entities and individuals. Queally is both a trial and an appellate practioner who has achieved outstanding results for his clients.

Queally is admitted to practice in California; U.S. District Courts of Central, Northern, Southern, Eastern Districts of California; and U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit. He is a member of the California Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.

Queally received is law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Bates College. During law school, Queally was selected as a member of Pepperdine's prestigious Moot Court Appellate Team, and was a finalist in the 2001 National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Tournament. He also completed an externship at a legal aid office in Los Angeles where he worked on Social Security claims for the disabled and landlord-tenant disputes for indigent clients. He was also a summer associate where he focused on litigation involving municipalities and other public entities.
