Susan Taylor Wall has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in the firm's Charleston office. She is a member of the Professional Liability Defense, Commercial Litigation and Class Action practice groups. She has more than 30 years' experience litigating in both federal and state courts.

Wall, who graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law and spent her third year at Stanford Law School, is admitted to practice in South Carolina and California. She is also admitted before the United States Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. She is a certified mediator in South Carolina state and federal courts.
Wall is a successful trial attorney who handles complex litigation for professional errors and omissions, business torts and related matters. She has also argued multiple appeals before the South Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
She is AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated, Martindale-Hubble; named in The Best Lawyers in America©; listed in South Carolina Super Lawyers®, and has received numerous other honors including "Lawyer of the Year," Charleston, Professional Malpractice, Defense.
Wall is a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Council, Defense Research Institute, Claims Litigation Management Alliance and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association. She has been a member of the SC Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness for more than 15 years, and served on the Judicial Merit Selection Commission. Wall is a frequent presenter on legal ethics and malpractice prevention.
