Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has relocated the firm's Carlsbad office to 5901 Priestly Drive, Suite 308, Carlsbad, CA 92008. Eleven attorneys headquartered in the downtown San Diego office relocated to the new office on Monday, October 15, 2018. This addition increases the attorneys in the Carlsbad office to 15.
The new office is located in the heart of Carlsbad’s business district in the rapidly developing northern part of San Diego County. This new location offers a substantial presence in the North County and broadens the scope of legal talent serving this market by adding experienced and specialized attorneys across a wide range of practice areas.
The North County location also significantly increases the quality of life for our firm's talent by substantially reducing their commute times to their home office and provides a more accessible location to clients in this region. In addition, the office physical space is larger and will allow the firm's attorneys more space to host meetings and work with clients as well as other attorneys.
The Carlsbad office originally opened in 2012 in response to the rapidly growing business community in North San Diego County. The lawyers in this office provided all aspects of business-related client services with a particular emphasis on intellectual property. The new Carlsbad location will expand the available legal expertise to include banking & finance, bankruptcy, restructuring & creditors rights, class action defense, commercial litigation, consumer defense, construction, employment law, environmental/toxic tort, insurance, professional liability defense, real estate, tort and product liability, and trucking & transportation. While these 15 attorneys are based in Carlsbad, they are accessible in any of the firm's Southern California offices and frequently collaborate with more than 800 Gordon & Rees attorneys who specialize in a wide range of legal practices across the United States.
