Pittsburgh Medicare Compliance partners Michelle Allan and Ciara Koba will be featured speakers at the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals' Annual Educational Conference "All In" on September 18-20 in Baltimore, Maryland.
On Wednesday, September 18, Allan will moderate the conference introduction and keynote presentation by John Albert from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Allan will again be a moderator on Thursday, September 19, when she guides a panel discussion titled "The CRC Speaks Out - Working Together to Get it Right." Experts from Performant Financial Corp. will discuss the recent enhancements and improvements made by the Commercial Repayment Center that can impact claims.
Also on Thursday, September 19, Koba will participate in a moderated, two person panel discussion titled "This Just In! The Latest on Liability and No-Fault MSAs and Civil Monetary Penalties." Koba's panel will delve into the effects the governments proposed changes will have on the stakeholder community as well as the current state of affairs.
