Charleston Partners Present CLE on Insurance, Employment and Ethics Issues

March 2020

Partners, Susan Wall and Hal Frampton, presented a 3-hour long seminar to South Carolina attorneys: How to Keep your Law Practice Safe. Wall spoke on ethics and Frampton on employment issues at the February events.

This CLE, sponsored by the South Carolina Bar, was given twice in February. The seminar was designed to inform solo and small practice attorneys on key aspects of malpractice insurance, employment relationships and ethics needed in order to build, maintain and protect a vibrant and successful law practice in a day and age where attacks are coming at lawyers from every direction.

Wall is an experienced trial attorney in both federal and state courts. She has defended hundreds of attorneys and other professionals in malpractice claims. She is admitted to practice in South Carolina and California and before the United States Supreme Court.

Frampton concentrates his practice in litigation matters, particularly in sensitive employment, employee benefits, professional negligence, and business disputes. He regularly assists businesses and professionals with claims brought by employees, former employees, and clients.
