Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Denver Partner, Christine Kroupa, will speak at the American Bar Association’s (“ABA”) Insurance Coverage Litigation CLE Seminar presented virtually. Kroupa will participate in a breakout session entitled, “Covered or Not? An Interactive Look at Policy Interpretation ‘Tricks of the Trade" on Friday, March 5 at 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
The ABA’s 33rd annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar will present the latest developments in insurance law and feature informative plenary, breakout and round-table programs, as well as networking sessions. Kroupa will be joined by leading lawyers and insurance professionals from across the country.
Kroupa is a litigator in the Denver and Omaha office. She represents insurers in a variety of insurance matters particularly focusing on first party bad faith litigation. She has significant experience handling high exposure, complex litigation, which gives her the ability to quickly assess exposure and damages. Her experience is expansive as she handles commercial property claims, appraisals, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, homeowners’ insurance claims, and coverage opinions.
