Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Edward C. Haynes as a partner in the firm’s Westchester office. He joins the firm’s Product & General Liability, Construction, and Professional Liability Defense practice groups.
Mr. Haynes focuses his practice on a wide array of general liability, construction, and professional liability litigation. He has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in a multitude of complex and high exposure claims including New York State Labor Law litigation, construction accidents and defects, automobile, municipal liability, premises liability, negligent security, negligent supervision, and professional liability matters. A proven trial attorney, he has obtained numerous defense verdicts and has secured outstanding results for his clients in hundreds of mediations.
Before entering private practice, he served as assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's office.
