Siachos is an experienced trial lawyer and partner in the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and South Carolina offices. Having taken 71 trials to verdict, he routinely handles class action and individual matters nationwide, many of which are high-exposure with media coverage, before federal and state trial and appellate courts, administrative and regulatory agencies, and arbitration panels.
He has extensive experience litigating and enforcing franchise agreement terminations, non-competition restrictions, forum selection clauses, indemnification provisions, and liquidated damages provisions.
