Their practice is focused on all aspects of construction projects in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut and throughout the northeast.
Recently, the firm has continued to expand the Construction group’s capabilities with the addition of two more construction attorneys, Tasia Perkins and Shaun Loughlin. Tasia Perkins is an associate with the Construction practice group in the Hartford office. Her practice focuses on construction and surety law, business litigation, and the negotiation of all types of construction contracts. She counsels clients on issues surrounding all aspects of construction projects.
Shaun Loughlin is an associate in the firm’s Boston office and is a member of the Construction practice group, representing both design professionals and contractors in complex disputes. Loughlin regularly handles disputes from the inception of a claim through litigation, and also has experience representing clients in both mediation and arbitration.
