Sleeth, co-managing partner of the firm’s Richmond and Williamsburg offices, is a trial lawyer who represents businesses and individuals in a wide array of litigation matters in state and federal court throughout Virginia and the nation. He has a specialty focus in the areas of estate litigation (litigating will disputes, trust disputes, elder law disputes, and guardianship proceedings), retail and hospitality law (representing hotel chains, resorts, and restaurants), and in the field of community association representation (representing homeowners associations, condominium associations, and developers in their general legal matters).
North is co-managing partner of the firm's Richmond and Williamsburg offices. Her practice includes counseling, mediation, arbitration and litigation of a variety of employment issues, including sexual harassment, race and sex discrimination, age discrimination and disability discrimination, wage and hour claims, as well as covenants not to compete, non-disclosure agreements, business conspiracy and trade secrets.
Herbert is a litigator who focuses his practice on estate and trust litigation, general commercial litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and community association representation. He represents clients involved in bringing challenges to (and defending against challenges to) wills and trusts. He also handles will and trust interpretation disputes, as well as bringing claims against (and defending claims against) executors and trustees for breach of fiduciary duties.
Pound is a litigator who focuses his practice on trust and estate litigation, community association representation, general commercial litigation, and employment law. In his estate litigation practice, he represents clients involved in challenges to wills and trusts. He handles will and trust interpretation disputes, as well as claims against executors and trustees for breach of fiduciary duties. He also handles guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, including routine uncontested matters, as well as contested matters.
