He frequently defends nationwide, state class claims, and individual actions arising under consumer protection statutes and unfair competition statutes, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA").
He frequently authors articles on telecommunications and consumer defense issues, his most recent being: "District Court Finds Receipt of Single Unsolicited Telemarketing Call Insufficient for Article III Standing" and "District Court Finds Insurer Had No Duty to Defend Insured in Underlying TCPA Class Action Alleging Intentional Transmission of Unsolicited Faxes."
