Anthony Mansour Serves as Featured Panelist in ABA Leasing Bootcamp CLE Program

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani San Diego Associate Anthony Mansour served as a panelist for the “Lease Issues Relating to Insurance and Lenders” webinar of the “Leasing Bootcamp: A Four-Part Series for Lawyers New to Leasing Practice” program on September 29, 2022, sponsored by the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (“RPTE”).

This CLE webinar discussed lease drafting issues that commonly arise relating to insurance and lenders, including types and limits of insurance common to commercial leasing and the importance of waivers of subrogation, dealing with damage and destruction of the premises in the lease and after a casualty event, and understanding and working with estoppel and subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements.

Mansour is a member of the Real Estate and Business Transactions practice groups, and a Real Property Fellow of the ABA.

His practice includes a broad range of transactional real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing. He represents landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting lease and sublease agreements for life sciences (e.g., biotechnology), mixed-use, office, retail, hospitality and industrial properties across the United States. He assists public and private real estate investors, developers, owners and REITs in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and management of diverse commercial properties, including multifamily, life sciences, office, mixed-use and hospitality projects.
