Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Betsy G. Stibler as Senior Counsel in the firm’s Nashville office where she is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She will close her East Tennessee solo practice of six years, Stibler Law, to join Gordon & Rees.
Her experience includes a broad range of civil and criminal litigation, appellate practice, and alternate dispute resolution.
Mrs. Stibler is admitted to practice in Tennessee and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee She is a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Mediator and was named a Tennessee State Supreme Court Attorney for Justice for her commitment to pro bono work (2019–2021).
She earned her law degree at University of Tennessee College of Law, her Master's of Health Systems, University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University), and her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University.
