Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has expanded capabilities in the firm’s Fresno, California office with the addition of Faith L. Driscoll and Jenna L. Halop.
Gordon & Rees opened its Fresno office on November 9, 2021 with Adam Sugarman as the Office Managing Partner. “Faith and Jenna are tremendous additions to our Fresno office. Both have deep roots in the Valley, understand the community, and are exceptional practitioners,” said Sugarman. “We look forward to continued growth in Fresno in 2022 and beyond.”
Faith L. Driscoll is senior counsel and a member of the Employment Law practice group. She assists union and non-union employers in resolving disputes involving claims of unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. She also drafts employment agreements and contracts, handbooks and provides training for business owners, supervisors and human resource practitioners. She has represented employers in court, as well as before the ALRB, OSHA, the EEOC, DFEH and Labor Commissioner in all stages of litigation. She also conducts workplace investigations, wage and hour audits, and employee training.
Jenna L. Halop is an associate and a member of the Employment Law practice group. She represents employers in employment and traditional labor law matters. Locally educated, Halop attended Fresno State University and San Joaquin College of Law.
