Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Washington, D.C. Partner Jonathan A. Barnes has been named professor of Art of Lawyering by The George Washington University School of Law Field Placement program for the Fall 2022 semester.
Barnes is a J.D. alumnus of the George Washington School of Law. He is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation practice group.
His experience spans complex business litigation and criminal matters involving construction, employment, professional liability, insurance coverage, and products liability. Mr. Barnes advises clients on a wide range of matters and assists in resolving, prosecuting, and defending against lawsuits, arbitrations, and appeals. He also has experience representing businesses and individuals in matters involving consumer protection, cyber security and privacy risks, breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and employment.
