Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Spokane Managing partner Meredith Thielbahr will lead a free digital CLE course that will dive into change order disputes on Wednesday, February 9. 

Change order disputes can derail a construction project and affect a contractor’s liability and put their payment at risk. This presentation will address recovering payment on construction projects when disputes over change orders are involved.  This CLE opportunity will also cover the significance of having thorough documentation, how to prepare for change orders at the outset of a job, and how change orders can directly affect payment. This webinar will be useful for indvidiuals in construction businesses and attorneys. 

Thielbahr is a member of the Construction, Commercial Litigation, Product & General Liability and Cannabis, Hemp & CBD practice groups. She represents government contract and commercial construction industry clients as outside civil litigation counsel. Her practice focuses on assisting contractors and suppliers in dispute resolution in both the commercial and public contracting arena. She works closely with clients on internal compliance investigations, and handles formal qui tam and government lawsuits. She is versed at interpreting contract and regulatory compliance.
