Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Robert A. Lemus as a partner in the firm's Houston office. He is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Product & General Liability, and Cyber, Privacy & Data Security practice groups.
He is a proven litigator and advisor with experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex matters, including commercial litigation and arbitration, corporate and product liability defense, internal investigations, cybersecurity, and consumer protection. His clients range from large corporations to individuals, and come from industries ranging from energy, financial services, cryptocurrency and mining, data protection, commodities trading, auto parts, and construction.

Mr. Lemus has practiced in both the public and private sectors in federal and state courts, to include both trial and arbitral forums representing clients in domestic and international interests. He is admitted to practice in Texas, the U.S. District Court, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He received his law degree from University of Houston Law Center and his undergraduate degree from University of Houston.
