Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Robert P. "Bob" Lynch as a Partner in the firm's Cleveland office. He joins the Commercial Litigation and Product & General Liability practice groups.
Bob Lynch defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims. In addition, he has significant trial experience in a wide array of civil litigation.
Mr. Lynch also devotes a significant part of his practice to representing municipalities and political subdivisions and defending Section 1983 civil rights actions. Before joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Lynch was a Partner at Gallagher Sharp. Before that, Senior Staff Counsel for Travelers Insurance and was a former Assistant Law Director for the City of Cleveland.

He is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth District, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
He received his undergraduate degree from Kent State University and his law degree from Syracuse University School of Law.
