Birmingham Senior Counsel Jeremy Richter hosts a bi-weekly podcast, Lawyerpreneur, that features alternate paths that allow lawyers to engage their entrepreneurial spirits, connect their creativity to their careers, and distinguish themselves from others. The podcast is dedicated to giving attorneys entrepreneurial ideas and resources to achieve their goals.
Richter is senior counsel in the firm’s Birmingham and Atlanta offices and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Insurance, and Trucking & Transportation practice groups. He has a diverse litigation practice in which he handles every phase of litigation from case investigation to litigating bench and jury trials. He has successfully argued motions and tried cases throughout Alabama. Richter also works with clients in pre-litigation investigations and with insurance coverage issues.
